My purpose is to support those who want to become Fit To Lead in every aspect of their lives’ by accessing and applying cutting edge information and tools that guide the way.
It is my mission to shine a light on the fact that the old, top-down, controlling approach to leadership is broken and is not fixable. Through the school of hard knocks, I have come to the awareness that effectiveness as a leader has little to do with forcefully directing others. In truth, effective leadership has everything to do with engaging others in the discovery of how to empower and direct themselves.
At Fit To Lead we are committed to supporting people in taking complete creative responsibility for their own lives. In this experience, one can learn true and sustainable leadership principles that they can apply in both their professional and personal lives. With this approach, the focus of leadership shifts from directing others, to empowering individuals to take creative responsibility for every aspect of their own lives.
